All furniture and kitchens are of our own design and are the result of working closely with clients in order to best meet their needs.
Furniture is engineered and made with longevity in mind. The fact that in 6 years of production, we have only EVER had to attend one (very small and easily fixed) problem after installation, speaks for itself, as does the quantity of repeat business to confident clients.
Designs are generally kept naturally simple in order to allow the character and beauty of the wood to shine through.
Ergonomics and functionality are key factors in the design process.
ALL the woodwork is manufactured at our
Derbyshire workshop and utilises the finest English, European and Worldwide timbers, from sustainable sources. Carcases are also now made in-house and can be from a wide variety of man-made boards, or solid hardwood (depending on budget)
Hardware is sourced from a variety of prestigious suppliers and is always of the highest quality.
We use traditional methods of construction, utilising Mortise and tenon joints on all doors, rather than quicker (and inferior) methods such as dowel or stub tenon joints. Dovetail joints are our preferred method of jointing on solid drawers and suchlike.
